CAPURRO
Giovanni “Gio”, father of Nick Ahlborn and Lisa Capurro (Dan Walker), grandfather of Chandler, Oliver, and Brynn, brother of the late Dr. Nico Capurro (Rose). Also survived by his former wife Norma, many nieces, nephews, and close friends. Gio, a resident of Pierce Twp., passed away on February 5, 2010 at age 81. He was the former Xavier University Soccer Coach, a member of the Ohio Soccer Hall of Fame, and a member of Par Hoper Club at Reeves Golf Course. Visitation, E. C. Nurre Funeral Home, 177 W. Main Street, (St. Rt. 125) Amelia on Monday from 5-8pm. Funeral services on Tuesday at 10:00am at the funeral home. Interment Pierce Twp. Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. |
